Instrumental Lessons

At Droylsden Academy we have a team of private instrumental tutors that provide lessons in the following instruments:

• Piano,
• Drums,
• Guitar,
• Bass guitar,
• Singing,
• Saxophone,
• Flute,
• Clarinet

Lessons are 20-30 minutes long and cost £8 per week.. Students will have a minimum of 30 lessons per academic year.
ABRSM

ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) is the UK’s largest music education body, one of its largest music publishers and the world’s leading provider of music exams, offering assessments to more than 630,000 candidates in 93 countries every year. ABRSM are internationally recognised examinations that celebrate success in a range of instruments.  Grades range from 1-8, higher grades carrying UCAS points for Higher Education entry. Students regularly take examinations through the ABSRM.
